How Gritty are you feeling this Autumn…? Grit differs from resilience, it’s not about survival, more about how you approach life, its about perseverence and passion…….it’s about showing up even when you don’t feel like it…..
Sometimes life throws us a curve-ball, even a few…! so as I’ve learned recently you have to draw inwards, access all your inner resources, practice for resilience…in my case I go back to yoga and meditation. As hard as it sometimes is, getting on the mat, getting my body moving creates a different energy and a new perspective.
Similarly meditating, even for 5 minutes in a day brings new answers. I’d love to hear your resilience resources…
…it’s the time of year to practice Super Self-Care. You can only give your best when you’re at your best so practice being super good to yourself, it’s the time of year to add stuff into your life, not take it away….so whether it’s early nights, fab food, enlightening company, a new book, a learning opportunity….give yourself what you need, fill your cup up!
Life seems to be asking me to be patient at the moment, not always easy when I want to get into action!
Meditating has brought acceptance to my headspace, time to relax and take stock. Trusting that at the right time, in synchronicity the next door will open. What’s your thoughts on patience and synchronicity….?
